3. Information Processed on Behalf of Customers
Zazu Cloud is primarily a business software platform.
Where an organisation uses Zazu Cloud to process information relating to its customers, employees, suppliers, contractors, drivers or other individuals, that organisation may determine the purposes for which that information is processed.
In such circumstances, Zazu Cloud processes the information on behalf of that organisation and in accordance with our contractual obligations and applicable data-protection requirements.
Questions concerning information entered into Zazu by one of our customers may therefore need to be directed to that organisation in the first instance.

Where appropriate, access to precise location information may depend upon device permissions or settings.
Disabling location permissions may prevent certain Zazu Cloud functionality from operating correctly.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and Services may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, authenticate users, remember preferences, analyse performance and improve the Services.
You may be able to restrict cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect certain functionality.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulatory authorities or legal proceedings, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of our business.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide our Services and satisfy contractual, accounting, tax, security and legal requirements.
Retention periods may differ depending upon the nature of the information and the Services being provided.
Where Zazu Cloud processes information on behalf of a customer, retention may also be governed by our agreement with that customer.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction.
These measures may include access controls, authentication, logging, infrastructure security, backups and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information being processed.
No electronic system, internet transmission or data-storage technology can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify us promptly if they believe their account has been compromised.
9. International Data Processing
Zazu Cloud may use technology and service providers whose infrastructure is located outside Kenya.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
